Sub Inspector

All future Sub-Inspectors of Police (Men & Women), Police Constables (Men & Women), Firemen, Jail Warders (Men & Women) will have to clear the TNUSRB examinations. The qualification for each of these posts is extremely specific and has both an upper and a lower age limit. The qualifications required are normally same for both men and women; however there might be a little variation in the levels of physical fitness requirement, such as height measurement, etc. An avid knowledge of Tamil is a prerequisite for all of the aforementioned posts.
