SPG BILL PASSED IN LOK SABHA 

-lok sabha on wednesday passed the speacial protection group bill(2019).

-it will protect only the Prime Minister and members of his immediate family residing with him.

-it wil also provide security to former Prime Ministers and their immediate family members staying with them at resident allotted for a period of five years from date on which they cease to hold office.
